Please do NOT follow these people packing methods.

Please do NOT use packing peanuts or styrofoam to pack the turbo.

Please put the turbo or item in a grocery store plastic bag, then surround the item with crubbled up old newspaper in a STUDY box. Use plenty of old newspaper and tape.

Anotehr turbo shipped via styrofoam, and half broken box.

At the least they can do is put the bearing in bag...

And now, you know styrofoam should really NOT be used in packing with a solid metal part. Styrofoam just breaks apart and no longer protect the part during shipping.

Bad a mess on the ground too.

Turbo shipped with the compressor housing NOT bolted on to the turbo NOR was it secure. Compressor wheel was damaged dur to hitting the housing all the way from shipper!!!

Turbo shipped that packed ONLY with peanuts. The turbo is now unusable without rebuild because the plastic peanut are EVERYWHERE even in the oil feed hole. Packing peanuts will also allow the turbo to move around, I was surprised the turbo didn't roll out of the box.

A turbo that is packced with only one other thing in the box, and of course, with the turbo bouncing around, the box have a hole in it.

Box that are re-used more than once. BUT WHERE ARE THE TAPE? Tape was only around the box once. I put tape at least on two size of the box.

I got this turbo. This person use a FLAT rate box. The least he could have done is to pack a bunch of newspaper in the box instead of using the "air bag" that is meant for a much lighter package than a turbo.

Cylinder head pack with ONLY peanuts. Plastic peanuts that goes everywhere inside the head. Now, I have to spend extra time to clean the ehad.
